A three man Halloween team (okay, one man and two ladies), well known for their exceptional costumes in the past, have one week to go until Halloween and no costume ideas in sight. Enter: Project Runway.
For less than $10 (one tube of bright red lipstick and a mini beach ball), a closet of odds and ends, and a little elbow grease, we were able to come off looking like the perfect blend of Season 2 and Season 3--Santino, meet Laura and Angela.
