My to do list was full. Wash the car, take a shower, work on my tan... What's a girl to do? No problem when you have agreeable neighbors and a Malibu Strings suit. They have tried new speed limit signs on my street to slow cars down. But for one brief hour last Saturday, traffic slowed to a crawl. I think it was because all the people wanted to pick up some car washing tips. Or maybe it was other tips they were looking for.
